the room included international plug outlets. the view from the room was also very nice. i loved that the room felt spacious.

The bed was not comfortable. the pillow was not good either. I was like i was laying on a hard floor. water would splatter all over the floor making it very slippery.

hard bedfaulty air conditioning

The bed was unacceptable. It was far too firm. the pillows provided little support. i experienced discomfort and restless sleep each night because of this hard bed and these soft pillows. additionally, the air conditioning unit seemed faulty. I could not adjust the temperature below 24 degrees celsius.

The hotel room felt convenient for my needs. I found the location to be great for shopping and dining. Modern decor gives the hotel a presentable feel.

The bed and pillow were not good. I dreaded to return to the room every night because the bed felt hard. Also the pillows were so soft.
